Vannai Vaitheeswaran Temple

                                               It is a popular Hindu temple and a monument in Vannarpannai, Jaffna. It was constructed by Vaitheeswara Chettiyar during the Dutch colonial period in 1787. Major God of this temple is Vaitheeswaran(Lord Shiva) and Goddess Thayalanayagi Amman. Annual festival is being conducted twice in a year. One is conducted for Vaitheeswaran on month of March and other is conducted for Thayalanayagi Amman on month of July.
